WHO WE ARE
New Manhattan Studios is a New York City-based photography studio providing headshot and portfolio services for models, actors and actresses and others needing such services. The studio is five years old and is staffed by three photographers under the direction of lead photographer, Wes Triplett. We operate in facilities in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Our main studio is located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, a few subway stops outside of Manhattan. In addition to our clientele of models and actors, we have worked for fashion retailers, clothing designers, advertisers and print media outlets.
OUR FINE ART PUBLICATIONS AND GALLERY PRINTS
The studio also publishes a line of fine art photography books and publishes Captured Shadows, a portfolio of physique art photography featuring studio work that is for sale as gallery prints in our fine art galleries.
Qualified models hired for the studio's art photography projects are paid at competitive rates for such work. The studio sells its books and gallery prints online through this and other websites as well as through a small number of select bookstores and art galleries. Our work has been featured in private galleries and public exhibitions as well as international magazines and blogs.
The studio also sells a limited number of its images as hard copy prints through its website and direct mail campaigns. The studio does not sell, post or distribute digital copies of any of its explicit images online.
